Prepare a parts shipment
A shipping enquiry starts with the part number, quantity and delivery address. For engines or larger assemblies, identify the required version and whether the destination has a commercial goods-receiving facility. Provide a different billing address separately. Send these details to info@cccmachinery.com so that the shipment can be discussed for the specific item.
Cost, packaging and timing
Before ordering, make sure the quotation identifies shipping cost, packaging, destination and any agreed date. For heavy components, establish what unloading equipment is required and who will provide it. A requested date in an enquiry is a planning requirement; the subsequent agreement determines the delivery arrangements.

Include the model, collection and destination locations, access conditions and available loading equipment. Check dimensions and weight for the actual machine and its attachments. Parts and engine enquiries remain with CCC Machinery.
