Spare parts & accessories

With or without a part number

If you know the part number, include the manufacturer, model, serial number and quantity. Otherwise, photographs of the component, identification plate and installation help establish the correct item. Standard parts, wear parts and accessories must match the specific configuration.

Availability and delivery

Contact CCC Machinery to confirm current availability, pricing, delivery options and applicable order conditions. Our team will help identify the appropriate part and discuss fulfilment options.

Delivery & transport

Prepare a parts shipment

A shipping enquiry starts with the part number, quantity and delivery address. For engines or larger assemblies, identify the required version and whether the destination has a commercial goods-receiving facility. Provide a different billing address separately. Send these details to info@cccmachinery.com so that the shipment can be discussed for the specific item.

Cost, packaging and timing

Before ordering, make sure the quotation identifies shipping cost, packaging, destination and any agreed date. For heavy components, establish what unloading equipment is required and who will provide it. A requested date in an enquiry is a planning requirement; the subsequent agreement determines the delivery arrangements.

Machinery purchases and transport

Transport questions concerning a machine requested from IB Machinery belong in the purchase enquiry to info@ibmachinery.com or +48 739 428 364. Include the model, collection and destination locations, access conditions and available loading equipment. Check dimensions and weight for the actual machine and its attachments. Parts and engine enquiries remain with CCC Machinery.

Maintenance and parts requirements

Fault description and machine identity

Provide the manufacturer, model, serial number and operating hours. Describe the affected function, when the fault occurs and any warning message or fault code. Nameplate and component photographs, together with available service records, help identify a parts enquiry. A fault code alone does not establish which component needs replacement.

Clarify parts requirements before ordering

CCC Machinery is the contact for parts and engine enquiries. Match available part numbers to the machine version and identify associated seals, fasteners or assemblies where a technician has already established the requirement. Ask what is included in the supply. Ordering a part and commissioning a repair are separate steps.

Agree the repair scope in writing

Before transporting a machine to a business or commissioning a visit, establish who will carry out diagnostics and the work. Agree the work location, assessment scope, authorisation of additional work, parts procurement and cost limit. This information page is not a workshop booking. Any further support from CCC for the specific enquiry must first be discussed individually.

Buying machinery

Buying machinery: contact IB Machinery

For a new or used machinery purchase, contact IB Machinery at info@ibmachinery.com or +48 739 428 364. The IB catalogue contains model information, photographs and specifications. Send the product link or model designation with the intended application. CCC Machinery remains the contact for parts and engines; a machinery purchase enquiry is separate from a parts order.

Compare the actual configuration

Working width, power, dimensions, weight and connection requirements must suit the task. Check whether described attachments and accessories are included in the offered configuration or require a separate agreement. For used machinery, consider year, documented operating hours, condition and available maintenance records. Model-range information does not replace checking the individual machine.

What to establish before ordering

Ask for the machine identity, scope of supply, price and applicable taxes, transport, handover location and agreed dates to be recorded in the specific quotation. Resolve technical questions, documentation and familiarisation requirements before deciding. Finance, warranty or trade-in arrangements apply only where expressly agreed for the transaction; the catalogue itself makes no such commitment.

Machinery rental

Seasonal peaks and temporary cover

Rental may suit seasonal peaks, specialist tasks or repair downtime. Specify machine type, task, period, expected hours, attachments and location. Operator qualifications and handover instructions also need attention.

Before a reservation

Availability, transport, insurance, maintenance, damage and return conditions require agreement. Long-term rental, full service and purchase options are not automatic. A CCC rental fleet and online reservation service have not yet been confirmed.
